Clear edge sealant is recommended, particularly for wet areas or high salt area (not supplied)
The location, quantity and proper installation of this film should be determined by a trained EMF specialist like Safer EMF. This film will reflect Radio Frequency Radiation and improper installation can result in increased exposure. 
In order to ensure optimum screening performance, the specialist should assess the living space for Radio Frequency “RF” Radiation. Before and after measurements are important to determine the overall effectiveness of the shield. 
  
Warranty - Extracts from Safer EMF Window Film Warranty Terms and Conditions
Manufactuers warranty covers adhesive failure, bubbling, cracking/crazing, delamination, demetallization, peeling, excessive or unusual change of color or other manufacturer’s defect; provided and on the condition that the products were installed on an appropriate glass surface by a professional window film installer in accordance with all recommended installation procedures, and subject to the conditions described in the “Not Covered by Warranty” section 8 of the Safer EMF Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty on materials is for tint installed by professional window film installers only
"Not Covered by Warranty" includes but is not limited to: film applied to damaged or dirty glass, edge sealant is not applied, film is installed on vehicles, over existing tint or on low E glass
